About the role

NEXT Door & Window is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent the company inside Costco and other local events. This is not traditional sales; you will not cold call, knock on doors, or close homeowners in the store. Your job is to start conversations with Costco members, create interest in the products, and schedule free in‑home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Represent NEXT Door & Window at Costco warehouses and local events
• Engage Costco members in conversation to generate interest in products
• Schedule free in‑home consultations for qualified leads

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must pass a background check

Pay

• $18 per hour guaranteed base pay
• $35 for each qualified appointment that results in a demo
• Unlimited bonus potential
• Top performers can earn $30‑$40+ per hour or more
• Potential earnings of $550+ weekly on top of hourly pay
