Retail & Event Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Represent Next Door & Window inside Costco and other local events. This is not traditional sales – you will start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in‑home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Engage Costco members and event attendees in friendly conversation.
• Generate interest in Next Door & Window products.
• Schedule free in‑home consultations for qualified leads.
• Participate in lead generation, event marketing, and sales strategy training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurants & hospitality, customer service, marketing, events, fundraising, fitness, or sales – or simply enjoy talking to people.
• No home‑improvement experience required; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Pass a background check.

Pay

• $19 per hour guaranteed.
• $35 for each qualified appointment that results in a demo.
• Unlimited bonus potential; top performers can earn $30‑$40+ per hour.
• Revenue‑share earnings of $50‑$600 each pay period based on sales from your leads.
• Quarterly profit sharing for full‑time employees.
• Potential earnings of $550+ weekly on top of hourly pay.
