Retail & Event Brand Ambassador

About the role

Next Door & Window is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent the company inside Costco and other local events. This is not traditional sales – you won’t be cold‑calling, knocking on doors, or closing homeowners in the store. Your job is to start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in‑home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage Costco members at events.
• Create interest in Next Door & Window products.
• Schedule free in‑home consultations for qualified leads.

Compensation

• $19/hour guaranteed.
• $35 for every qualified appointment that results in a demo.
• Unlimited bonus potential.
• Potential earnings of $550+ weekly on top of hourly pay.
• Revenue share: earn $50‑$600 each pay period based on sales that originated from your leads.
• Quarterly profit sharing for full‑time employees.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule (including weekends).
• Must pass a background check.
