Retail Employee

The Retail Employee / Project Specialist role offers multiple shift options, including early morning truck shifts (5:00am-10:30am or 6:00am-11:30am) and customer-facing selling shifts (9:45am-4:00pm, 11:00am-5:00pm, 3:00pm-8:30pm, or 4:00pm-8:30pm). One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as a Host at the front entrance or throughout the store.
• Engage with customers to suggest solutions for their organizational challenges.
• Design and sell custom closets and other storage solutions.
• Operate the register with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.
• Introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program.
• Process merchandise during early morning or evening shifts.
• Maintain the sales floor, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and presented according to brand standards.
• Assist with customer carryout, including curbside and parking lot/garage service.
• Support store cleaning routines, including dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
• Process customer orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery.
• Organize the stockroom to support store selling efforts.
• Adhere to time expectations, performing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Actively engage with customers to address their organizational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires scheduling flexibility.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
