Retail Donation Attendant

Essential duties and responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner
Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally
Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form;
Record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading
Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Can lift and carry 35 pounds
• Can reach, bend or stoop
• Able to stand six to eight hours a day
• Able to have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
• Able to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques
• Able to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic

Pay

$15.00 an hour to start! Bonus Potential! AND 20% discount on in-store purchases.
