About the Role

The purpose of this position is to lead assigned retail stores to profitable growth and build brand equity through the delivery of an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial objectives are met.
• Implement merchandising and customer service disciplines that support the rapid expansion of our retail network.
• Develop, coach, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Store Managers to maintain operational and customer service standards while meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Identify trends, evaluate processes, and recommend programs that drive sales.
• Ensure effective administration of loss prevention, inventory control, safety, and security programs.
• Oversee proper control of company assets and merchandise.
• Oversee physical inventory preparation and counts.
• Recommend merchandise replenishment based on store capacities and sell-through.
• Recommend new products to positively impact sales.
• Maintain store appearance in all locations in accordance with visual presentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (10+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree).
• Minimum 7 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years of multi-store management experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen within a multi-unit retail environment.
• Excellent time and project management skills.

Pay

The expected starting salary range for this role is $101,300 - $148,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.
