Retail District Manager

About the Role

Lead the activities of multiple stores within an assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility, to achieve divisional and regional goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a store culture aligned with company mission and values.

• Drive area sales growth through quality ordering and efficient processes.
• Optimize inventory presentation and management using available tools.

• Protect assets through loss prevention and expense control.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including merchandising, store growth, and real estate.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities clearly to store teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven results-oriented leader with strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Experience in retail management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in multi-unit operations.
• Financial analysis skills for managing budgets and inventory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, focused on customer satisfaction.
