Retail Display Merchandiser

Part-time role based in the Elizabeth, NJ territory, ideal for candidates residing within 25 miles of the territory center. Mileage reimbursement and phone stipend provided.

About the role

This part-time merchandising position offers 12-20 hours of work per week, focused on building, filling, and maintaining retail displays for Kellanova brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior in-store merchandising service, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of products.
• Build and maintain displays with excellence, including occasional heavy lifting.
• Foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Use accessibility apps in-store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Drive to assigned stores during shifts using a personal vehicle.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull as needed.
• Lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools, and reach above shoulders repeatedly.
• Access assigned stores during shift hours.
• Use a personal vehicle for the role; driving record must be clear of significant violations or events in the past 36 months.
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States; Kellanova does not sponsor employment visas for this role.

Pay

Hourly starting wage: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.
