Retail Display Merchandiser

About the Role
The hourly starting wage for this position is $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior in-store merchandising service, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of products to attract customers.
- Build and maintain displays with excellence, involving physical activity and occasional heavy lifting.
- Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Use accessibility apps in-store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
- Visit assigned store(s) during your shift.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above your shoulders repeatedly.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle and a clear driving record (no violations or significant events in the past 36 months).
- Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States (Kellanova does not sponsor employment visas for this role).
