About the role
Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday | Weekends are not required!
Responsibilities
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
- Following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
- Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact)
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing
- Completing necessary forms / images / surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site
- Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms/ client requests
- Conducting break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
- Participating in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people and providing solution feedback
- Participating in virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines
- Assisting other members of the team as needed
- Adhering to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Participating and completing training and certification programs
- Accurately tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems/ workflows
- Available for weekend assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late-night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height, safely lift and carry up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead
- Effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email, to coordinate tasks and provide updates
- Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with hand and power tool usage
- Technology: Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame. Agents are expected to be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Transportation and Travel: Must have reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily
- Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills. Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively. Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
