Retail Dispenser Part Time
Summary
Dispense completed eyewear, use Lensometer to verify prescriptions, adjust glasses, and perform various tasks including stocking, cleaning, and repairing merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in-person and by phone professionally
- Sell lens cleaning kits and offer Money-Back Satisfaction guarantee
- Inspect glasses with Lensometer and provide thorough dispense
- Adjust and repair customer eyewear
- Stock and restock merchandise, clean displays, and follow plan-o-gram
- Process defective, spoiled, and cannibalized frames
- Complete required training programs
- Follow safety rules and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- One year of related experience in optics (preferred)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
- Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret insurance forms and prescriptions
