  • Support the deployment of new shop formats and major format changes, including pilot delivery, reference design principles, unit costing, localization guidance, and replication across markets.
  • Lead technical assurance and relationship management for global framework agreement partners supporting mobility shop and format delivery.
  • Shape sourcing strategies for shop equipment, fixtures, and delivery partners, leveraging scale to improve quality, cost efficiency, and speed to market.
  • Lead and support the population of market engineers involved in shop/NFR projects (detailed design, design, and execution). Build capability across market engineering teams by developing technical guidance, training materials, and accreditation support for shop and NFR design, maintenance, and construction.
  • Develop engineering solutions that profitably reduce site energy consumption and emissions across Shell’s mobility network.
  • Influence stakeholders in a global virtual environment, aligning engineering solutions with brand, customer experience, safety, sustainability, and commercial objectives.

  • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, commercial partners, or framework agreement partners to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Visible leadership in health, safety, security, and environmental performance, with experience embedding safe ways of working through partner and supplier organizations.
