Retail Department Supervisor - Full Time

About the Role

This position involves executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processing tasks
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicate effectively with management and team members on priorities and progress
• Monitor team productivity, organize back stock, and uphold store standards
• Promote safety, recycling, and store policies, supporting shrink reduction and customer loyalty programs
• Maintain organizational standards and assist in training others

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Team player capable of lifting heavy objects and responding to changing situations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
