Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and role‑model outstanding service.
• Train and mentor Associates on front‑end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure positive outcomes.
• Ensure Associates execute tasks according to the store plan and prioritize as needed.
• Communicate priorities and progress updates accurately with management and Associates.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Partner with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support store shrink‑reduction goals.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multi‑task and respond to changes or unexpected situations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player who works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capability to train others.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Pay

Starting pay range: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
