About the role

In this role, you will work in grocery stores nationwide, utilizing cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture and store essential data for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Capture and store essential data for clients using smartphone or tablet technology after each shift
• Interact with customers and store management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform merchandising tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs
• Lead and train team members as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and interpersonal communication with clients, customers, and team members
• Work independently with a strong bias for action and results
• Build and maintain successful team relationships
• Execute all job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Ability to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
• Commitment to a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
