Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and possess successful team building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
