Retail Customer Service Cashier
Welcome to Love’s! Our cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean spaces and providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. Flexibility and teamwork are key, as duties may vary based on business needs. No experience is required—we provide training.
Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Maintain cleanliness in your direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles as needed.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
