Your collaborative approach with peers, store leaders, and brand partners will help identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and elevate the overall customer experience. In addition to service and selling, you’ll support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures. A positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-caliber service will be key to your success.
