Store position in Spanish Fort, AL focused on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.
  • Embrace and execute the "personal designer" approach using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
  • Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
  • Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
  • Provide friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
  • Follow SOPs and support shrink and safety programs.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful even in difficult situations; promote the organization’s vision and values.
  • Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to meet truck standards and budget requirements.
  • Operate the cash register and execute cash handling to company standards.
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
  • Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
  • Retail experience preferred, particularly in selling products and/or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

  • Public retail store setting focused on customer service; all public areas are climate-controlled, though some stock rooms may not be.
  • Some outdoor work, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
  • Frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
