Retail Coordinator Assistant

About the role

Someone to supervise the Teller and CSR area as delegated by the Retail Coordinator. Some responsibilities include performing Teller and CSR duties when needed, providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products/services while processing transactions in accordance with bank procedures, regulatory, and legal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Teller and CSR work schedules and assist Lead Teller with Teller audits.
• Handle more complex customer issues that may be referred to a supervisor from the Lead Teller or other Tellers.
• Provide ongoing training and support to Tellers and CSRs and assist Retail Coordinator with performance reviews and interviews.

Requirements

• You have strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You possess thorough knowledge of teller and CSR services and customer service/relations.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations, customer service and/or human resources activities
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience
