Retail Coffee House - Cashier Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and personalized service by answering guest inquiries and offering thoughtful recommendations on products and hotel amenities.
• Drive retail performance through effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques, enhancing the guest experience while maximizing revenue.
• Accurately process all sales transactions while maintaining the integrity of a balanced cash drawer and adhering to hotel financial procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate flexible availability, including the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or guest-focused environment.
• Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing tasks that involve bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Pay

The pay for this position is $15 per hour.
