Wage Starting at $14.50+/hour Schedule Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available every other weekend. Average hours per week is 20 hours. Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise to be put out on the sales floor or in back stockRestock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for displayAssist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased productsFollow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize the needs of the shopsCoordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placementMaintain an orderly appearance with general cleaning and organization around the store and back stock areasAbility to be organized, multitask, have problem-solving skills, and maintain all aspects of a merchandiser roleAbility to work independently and with the teamExercise judgment and tact, and be able to effectively work with all levels within the organizationDemonstrates attention to detailWilling to do other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Merchandising LeadWork assigned schedule; may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays Education & Experience The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work. Scheels cares about the health and safety of our Associates.
