Retail Clerk - FT

The Retail Clerk is responsible for assisting customers in the retail operations. In Coat Check, also responsible for assisting and securing guest coats/jackets in the coat check area. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Display merchandise neatly and in proper order.
• Mark prices on merchandise.
• Accurately operate cash register and balance bank at end of shift.
• Issue coat check claim tags/tickets to each guest.
• Hang one guest’s items (coat or jacket) per hanger.
• When guest presents coat check claim ticket/tag for retrieval of their item, Attendant will match claim ticket/tag with hanger ticket/tag and then give guest their items.
• Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy.
• Understand and comply with all information security policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
