Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend chain store shelf sets to protect and maximize Empire brand priorities.
  • Cook up the required manpower for each set to ensure Empire is represented at every store set.
  • Recap all activities and outcomes of each set to Area Sales Manager.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with assigned set captains from each retail chain and distributors.
  • Work with Empire Chain Department to ensure accurate pricing, authorizations, and retails for every product within each set.
  • Act as a shelf set consultant to provide set reviews and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
