Perform Open and Close Gift Shop Procedures
- Operate POS system
- Process merchandise sales
- Process ticketing, credit, debit, and cash transactions
Avoid Errors and Maintain Accuracy
- Ensure daily cash reports are accurate and complete
Customer Service
- Provide visitor reception
- Offer information using SMSC outreach brochures and other media
- Create visual merchandising displays incorporating seasonal themes
Security and Inventory Management
- Maintain the retail area’s physical condition and appearance
- Ensure security of inventory
Job Requirements
- Six months' sales and guest service experience
- Ability to pass basic math test
- Working knowledge of cash register and computer operations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
