- Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy
- Processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
- Supporting and embodying a positive store culture
- Initiating and participating in store recovery
- Maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
- Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals
- Maintaining a safe environment
Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
