Job Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in retail management, including at least two (2) years in a band 4 management-level role, or equivalent industry level position within the past five (5) years.
• or Bachelors degree and three (3) years in retail management in a band 4 management-level role, or equivalent industry level position within the past five (5) years.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

• Work – Onsite (Fort Bragg Exchange)
• Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”
• PCS authorized for eligible associates.
• Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.

Major Duties

• Directly supervises retail facility managers to ensure maximization of sales and profitability.
• Makes sure facility managers are following financials, inventory, sales promotions, personnel management, and personal development guidelines.
• May help the General Manager with local command and community relations.

Salary

Minimum $72,064.00
