Retail Business Analyst | Remote

Position: Retail Trade & Operations Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $40 - $70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Review, analyze, and provide feedback on simulated retail scenarios and operational workflows to ensure authenticity and accuracy.Contribute insights on best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements across retail trade subdomains.Create, evaluate, and refine written content related to retail operations, sales processes, and customer service interactions.Assess and validate the logical consistency of retail problem-solving methods and decision-making processes.Participate in structured discussions to clarify terminology, operational nuances, and context-specific challenges within the retail environment.Deliver actionable recommendations for improving AI outputs based on real-world retail expertise. Requirements Have strong relevant experience in retail trade, operations, or relevant subdomains.Demonstrated ability to articulate complex operational processes and scenarios clearly in both written and verbal formats.Proven track record of implementing or advising on retail best practices and compliance requirements.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing and validating workflows, procedures, and case studies.Experience working collaboratively in remote or distributed engagements.Familiarity with technology-driven solutions or platforms used in retail is a plus.
