Retail Brand Ambassador - Urgently Hiring

We make upgrading homes faster, easier, and stress-free—from baths and closets to exterior projects. With teams in 36 states, we’re growing rapidly and need brand ambassadors to help us revolutionize the industry.
About the Role
As a Renuity Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll promote our products and services through in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows. You’ll deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations, highlighting our high-quality products, installation, and customer care. This role is a stepping stone to careers in sales or management.
Schedule
- Weekends required
- 7-day availability
- Rotating shifts: 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, 11am–7pm, 12pm–8pm
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
Pay
- $17/hour base pay
- Uncapped bonuses and commissions
- Earnings potential: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an ambitious, performance-driven mindset
- Confidence in public speaking
- Outgoing personality with a passion for human interaction
- Access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
