Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest. You’ll represent our brand with confidence and professionalism, initiate conversations, and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. You’ll set appointments, assist customers in a clear and friendly way, and collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
• Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
• Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence
• Retail and customer service experience highly valued (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Must have reliable transportation (role may require travel to multiple locations or community events in the same day)

Pay

Brand Ambassadors earn $25–35 per hour. Top performers earn $40 per hour. Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.
