Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience
• Promote Hawks merchandise by recommending products and upselling
• Demonstrate our service culture in every interaction
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized
• Provide feedback and support to help the team meet goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of scheduled events monthly
• Able to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Reliable transportation
