Average base pay of $15/hr, with potential for performance bonuses ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with top performers potentially earning up to $70,000+ per year.

Key Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability

• Willingness to learn and genuine interest in working with the public
• Retail and customer service experience is a plus
• Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment setting experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation, as the role may require traveling to multiple locations in the same day or to community events
