Retail Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Pay
$50,000/yr - $60,000/yr guaranteed base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses. Top performers earn $80,000+ per year.
Schedule
Full-Time or Part-Time W2 employee positions available. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate conversations and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services
- Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals

- Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence
- Reliable transportation (role may require travel to multiple locations or community events in the same day)
Qualifications
Experience or transferable skills from the following areas are valued:
- Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Customer service roles (in-person or call center)
- Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
- Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
- Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
- Fast food and quick-service restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
Entry-level candidates welcome—we provide full training. Retail and customer service experience is highly valued.
