Retail Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll interact with customers face-to-face in big-box retail stores and at events to promote our products and generate interest. You’ll represent our brand with confidence, initiate conversations, and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. Your role includes setting appointments, assisting customers in a clear and friendly way, and collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability
• Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
• Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
• Comfortable working independently with a drive for excellence
• Retail and customer service experience highly valued (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Must have reliable transportation (role may require travel to multiple locations or events in a day)

Skills

We’re looking for people with experience or transferable skills from:

• Face-to-face marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation
• Customer service roles (in-person or call center)
• Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
• Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
• Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
• Fast food and quick-service restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)

Pay

Brand Ambassadors earn $50,000–$60,000 per year. Top performers make $80,000+ per year.
