Retail Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Pay
$50,000 – $60,000 per year (guaranteed base pay) plus uncapped performance bonuses. Top performers earn $80,000+ annually.
Schedule
Full-time, W2 employee position with weekend availability required.

About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll interact with customers face-to-face in big-box retail stores and at events to promote our products and generate interest. You’ll represent our brand with confidence, initiate conversations, and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. Your role includes setting appointments and collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.

Qualifications
- Weekend availability required

- Reliable transportation (role may require travel to multiple locations or community events in a day)
- Retail or customer service experience highly valued but not required—entry-level candidates welcome
