Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

About the role

We are the UK’s favourite car‑buying service and we are growing fast, with over 500 branches and new sites opening each month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. No prior car knowledge is required – we will teach you everything you need to know and more.

Pay

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220). Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance.

Schedule

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on / 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritize your diary, achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
