About the role

Lead our talented team of Bridal Stylists in our Atlanta Boutique, creating unforgettable experiences for brides-to-be and helping them find their dream gowns. As a Boutique Manager, you will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and act as a brand ambassador for Grace Loves Lace, the world leader in innovative, modern bridal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of stylists by role-modeling expected behaviors and styling brides daily
  • Ensure the operational and sales performance of the showroom meets or exceeds expectations
  • Deliver a unique and exceptional experience for brides through effective multitasking and team leadership
  • Drive team sales KPIs with a strong focus on customer service
  • Manage leave, rosters, and showroom operations to maintain smooth daily functions
  • Oversee stock management, inventory processes, and accurate recording of stock items
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from consultation to sale
  • Use technology to communicate with brides, process sales, and engage in social media for brand promotion
  • Manage appointment scheduling, data entry, and general showroom/housekeeping issues
  • Work consistent weekend days during peak times

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of retail management or leadership experience in a related field
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and exceeding KPIs individually and as a team
  • Experience in luxury fashion, wedding, or bridal industry is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a team
  • Strong business acumen and financial decision-making skills
  • Experience with stock management, inventory processes, and stock counts
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information about new and existing styles
  • Highest standard of attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced administration and IT skills (Microsoft Office, iPad; NetSuite experience advantageous)
  • Unlimited working rights in the U.S. and ability to provide two recent, relevant referees

Schedule

Full-time, Thursday–Monday (regular days off on Tuesday and Wednesday), including weekends.
