About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking activities. Conducts initial financial counseling sessions and assists in resolving customer inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
