Retail Banker I - Quincy

About the role

The Retail Banker I role is integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions/needs. This role contributes to the achievement of business objectives that enable growth through identifying appropriate TD solutions that help customers achieve their financial goals and optimize their relationship with TD.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes product knowledge to identify and recommend appropriate solutions to customers, focusing on saving time and money.
• Engages in proactive customer assessments and leads focused outbound sales activities.
• Resolves customer issues, errors, and problems independently, escalating when necessary.
• Works collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Manages customer relationships by providing ongoing support and advice.
• Completes teller training to perform customer transactions.
• Maintains an active registration status with NMLS.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations and provide educational content.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

• Ability to maintain an active registration status with NMLS.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
• Proven ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Sound judgment in decision-making and effective problem-solving skills.

Pay

$24.25 - $32.50 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
