About the role

The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions/needs. This role contributes to the achievement of business objectives that enable growth through identifying appropriate TD solutions that help customers achieve their financial goals and optimize their relationship with TD.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes product knowledge to identify and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Engages in customer conversations to understand their needs and provide solutions or referrals.
• Uses CRM tools to assess customer needs and drive targeted sales activities.
• Solves customer issues and escalates complex cases as needed.
• Maintains customer relationships by providing ongoing support and advice.
• Completes customer transactions and adheres to operational policies.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and completes necessary documentation accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Full proficiency in products, services, and processes of the business area.
• Active NMLS registration preferred.
• Ability to complete teller training upon hire.

Pay

$22.50 - $29.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
