Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively as a team.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Role model exceptional customer service and create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality.
• Orchestrate truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritize as needed.
• Monitor team productivity
