San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Part Time Retail Attendant to our Mission Bay Family. As a Retail Attendant you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Retail Attendants proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Retail Attendant is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal communication
- Ability to upsell and promote products
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and using a POS system
- Attention to detail in pricing, stocking, and inventory
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have open availability
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible scheduling and willingness to work varied shifts is essential
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Retail Attendant requires skills such as effective sales techniques, organization, attention to detail and a desire to take care of others.

$23.80 hourly rate + commission
Schedule
Part-time. Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling and willingness to work varied shifts.
