Retail Attendant (Part Time)

About the role

Join our hospitality team as a Retail Attendant and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests. You’ll maintain an attractive and well-stocked Gift Shop while providing friendly, knowledgeable service and assisting guests with their purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, personalized service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive merchandise displays.
• Restock and organize merchandise and assist with inventory.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and resort amenities.
• Assist guests in finding merchandise and ensure purchases are neatly packaged.
• Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests, associates, and merchandise.
