Retail Attendant/Cashier

About the role

This position is responsible for the selling of goods and the processing and settlement of transactions. The Sales Cashier will maintain the daily operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Pick up, count, and maintain bank.
• Operate P.M.S. (Property Management System) and maintain security of system.
• Sell merchandise and enter sales and payments in the P.O.S. (Point of Sale) system.
• Maintain floor stock ensuring shop is fully stocked and neat in appearance.
• Process merchandise returns.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Provide legible communication and directions.
• Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers).
