About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in-store, managing inventory, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
