About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information about store offerings.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Customer service background beneficial.

  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions.
