About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Assists customers with product inquiries, helps with returns and exchanges, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Help manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
