About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in-store, assisting customers with product inquiries, and ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information about store offerings.
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed and organized according to store standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in sales.
- Support team members and assist with daily operations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
