Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find the right products for their lifestyle.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages consumers to explore and engage with Nike products.
• Adapt to changing store conditions and adjust your approach to meet the needs of different consumer groups.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Qualifications

• Pass an online assessment to demonstrate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Schedule
