Responsibilities

  • Regularly interacting with the public, including providing customer service, addressing customer complaints, and ringing up sales on cash registers.
  • Maintaining ethical integrity and honesty while handling money, checks, and other payment types received for products sold.
  • Ensuring proper handling of money and ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Following established policies and procedures to prevent loss of cash and merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
  • The physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
